About R-view

R-view contains some real short reviews of some of the movies I've liked over the years. Most of them are 140 character posts as they used to be my tweets (@mrzoozoo) This blog was created for (the purpose of showing off my INSANE movie review skills :p) some class assignment purposes. So don't frown if you don't find enough text in there to make you like or watch the movie. Hey you can always Google! :)

R-view 140: Hava Aney Dey

Some cliched plot, with the middle class Bombay metro life, bar dancers, guys in love with bar dancers, cuss words, annoying fillers in between with nuclear war threats. Some nice piece of film making, the cinematography, editing etc.

  2. (I call this Bragging!) Dear PSG (Partho Sengupta, director of this movie), this is a very personal blog/brag and I mean no offence to you. :) 'Hava Aney Dey' premiered at Berlinale and went on to win awards at some other film festivals. And Nishikant Kamath, the now director has done a very good job as the guy described in the text above. Sad that he didn't take up acting seriously. Ignore this li'l 140 character review/brag. Make more movies. :)
